This page explains what data we collect on this website, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. This is a translation: in case of difference, the French version prevails.

Data: first and last name, company or stand name, email address, phone number, country, shows you are interested in, description of your goods, photos of your stand and any message.
Use: to review your request, reply to you and, if your stand is selected, send you the show registration form.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Your request is sent to us by email through Brevo, with your photos reduced in size as attachments, and you receive an acknowledgement of receipt. It is not stored on the website's server.

Show calendar
The calendar pages are based on information published by the organisers themselves (websites, announcements, public listings): show name, dates, venue, organiser's name and a link to their website. To invite organisers to complete their page, we may use the business contact details they publish; these are not displayed on the website.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in informing the public about mineral shows in France.
You can ask us at any time to correct or remove a page by writing to us.
Audience measurement
Data: pages viewed, length of visit, type of device and browser, approximate country or city, using cookies.
Use: to understand how the website is used in order to improve it, with Google Analytics.
Legal basis: your consent, given in the cookie banner. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no measurement cookie is set.

If you write to us or call us, we use your contact details and the content of your message only to reply to you.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.

The Google Analytics cookies (« _ga » and « _ga_… ») are set only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access, correct and erase your data, to object to and restrict its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
